My wife and I met with Emma and had a discussion of the type of holiday we were seeking. Hotel, location, price range excursions etc. Within a few days, we received the recommendations and choose the flight and hotel which suited us. Everything was then taken out of our hands!! Flights were booked, transfers, hotel, and we were constantly informed of the progress. The Holiday exceeded expectations, the Hotel, location, flights and transfers were all first class. There were some very nice personal touches. Will not hesitate to use Not Just Travel again or recommend to those of you looking for something better than the town centre travel agents.

Just got back from a brilliant time in Disneyland Paris, which Emma booked for us. She really took time to understand what we wanted and helped us navigate the overwhelming (to me anyway!) Disney processes.

I know for sure we wouldn’t have got as much out of our stay without Emma’s Disney expertise! Everything from how to meet Olaf, where to get the best veggie food in the park, the best rides to go on first... knowing that Emma had everything in hand meant we could get on with enjoying.

I'd happily recommend Emma to anyone looking to book their holiday! I booked a 2 week trip to Southern Africa, which Emma arranged mostly through a different company (G Adventures). Great communication throughout, especially when she had to chase them up on some pretty important required details! I would highly recommend Emma, we had our eye on a holiday with Thomson so messaged Emma for information and prices. She got us a better deal and provided us with loads of information. Furthermore she made sure we had any questions answered and sent us all the info on how to check in etc. We will definitely book with her again. I would also highly recommend the Hotel Polynesia in Belamendena, great resort for families!

Emma has been a star in helping us plan and book our week in the Ibiza sunshine this summer. We were quite specific in what we were after - plenty of pool play time, self catering, near a beach, family friendly but not too "full on". She came up with several options for us to choose from and we could have picked any of them! We're so excited to be going away - the holiday can't come soon enough
